【教育与工作简历】
1988年在安庆师范大学获学士学位,1994年3月在tyc86太阳集团欢迎您获博士学位,留校任教之今,历任讲师、副教授、教授。2005年入选教育部长江学者特聘教授,2007年获国家杰出青年基金资助,2012年教育部创新团队负责人;National Science Review、Chemical Communications、Inorganic Chemistry Frontiers等10余种期刊编委或顾问编委。一直从事固体化学教学研究工作,在固体新物质的合成、负热膨胀与量子功能物质、晶体结构与磁结构、低维铁电物质与器件等领域取得系统性、创新性成果。作为大会主席主办国际固体/材料化学学术会议10余次,国际及区域性国际会议上作大会报告和邀请报告40余次;主持系列科技部、国家自然科学基金委、教育部创新团队等项目。
【主要学术成就】
近年来充分利用大科学装置和现代研究方法,在固体新物质的合成、晶体结构、局域结构、磁结构,以及负热膨胀和新物性的关联等国际前沿领域取得重要进展。发展了固体化学合成新方法——“化学压力”法,基于无机合成的途径调控化学压力,制备常规条件下难以合成的功能固体。发现铁电负热膨胀,提出“铁电热致收缩”概念,开辟负热膨胀领域新方向。搭建了国际先进的中子PDF实验平台,建立固体局域结构调控物性的方法,成为国际上用全散射技术揭示固体局域结构、化学成键和功能物性的主要研究小组。发表期刊论文400余篇,包括Science(2篇)、J. Am. Chem. Soc.(32篇)、Phys. Rev. Lett.(7篇)、Nat. Commun.(12篇)、Adv. Mater.(14篇)等,以及Chem. Rev.、Chem. Soc. Rev.、Acc. Chem. Res.等系列综述论文。国家重点研发项目首席科学家,国家自然科学基金委重大项目负责人。
